Believe it or not, this deck was a reskin. Granted, we heavily remodeled the existing wood deck to add some new features and increase it's usefulness, but the original framing was used as a basis for this job.
The was a wide deck, so we divided the deck into sections by integrating seam boards between alternating patterns of decking. We added a grill bumpout, a custom privacy wall to block the sound and noise of the air conditioners, and a bench.
The railing is a combination of TimberTech Radiance Rail (posts) with Fortress Iron railing sections and a gate. Low voltage lighting tops it all off.
